What we need:

Your ThinkPad™ shipped to us.
No Battery.
No Power cord.
The Hard Drive is most likely require, since it too can be locked by the Supervisor Password.

We will decode the Passwords, unlock and clear all passwords from the unit and return it to you free FedEx Ground. THATS IT!

Also be aware the newest models T43 and R52, due to advance security methods, can be cleared but at additional expense. These models require an additional $60/unit and 2-5 days of service.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We will not knowingly recover lost passwords on equipment that has been unlawfully obtained. If in the course of our service we acquire information that lends us to believe the unit has been unlawfully obtained, we will require further investigation and/or valid proof of ownership documentation. If the unit has been reported as stolen to IBM or a law enforcement authority with a valid case number, ThinkPads can be confiscated by that authority. You would then be contacted by that authority for your rights of recovery. We make no claim that the procedures are recognized or endorsed by IBM. Password removal is not detectable; however, IBM dictates that we cannot claim these Password Removal services do not void the warranty on your system.
